About Me
My name is Jasir Qiydaar, and I'm a writer and editor from Baltimore with experience in writing articles, editing, blogging, and managing social media accounts. I have written articles for publications such as Baltimore City Paper and Penn State’s The Dangling Modifier, as well as blogs for companies like Wockenfuss Candies and Hercules Fence.
In addition to writing, I am passionate about mentorship, particularly mentoring youth in Baltimore City. I have experience working as a mentor for the Bloomberg Arts Internship and working on the planning team for Baltimore’s YouthWorks summer jobs program.
